The Districts are located in El Paso County, Colorado. The Districts exist to provide the basic infrastructure of public improvements necessary to serve the general Wolf Ranch community.

The Board of Directors of Old Ranch Metropolitan District, El Paso County, Colorado, will hold their regular meetings on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. at the Plaza of the Rockies, 111 S. Tejon Street, Suite 222, Colorado Springs, Colorado, for the purpose of conducting any business which may come before the Board. These meetings are open to the public.
